INSURANCE AND FEES

Accessible mental healthcare is important to me. I accept insurance, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina and Massachusetts, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Quest Behavioral Health. I manage all insurance billing through Headway, a secure platform that verifies your benefits, handles claims, and makes using insurance as simple and stress-free as possible.

For clients using self-pay or out-of-network benefits, my rates are:

- $130 per individual session

- $180 per couple session

 

I’m happy to provide a monthly superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible full or partial reimbursement.

A limited number of sliding scale spots are available based on financial need. If cost is a barrier to working together, please don’t hesitate to email me and ask about current availability for a reduced-rate self-pay spot.
